After Ten Games Wrap-Up
Poor Ryan White, it’s pretty amazing the way gaffer when your team has a lead and I hope he will eventually understand. What is more surprising is that the defeat was not collected so bad.
I presume it is said that he had to react because the gesture came from Steve Ott, a small plague.
However, Ott is a veteran in the NHL and he was more intelligent than white on this sequence.
Certainly, I understand so Michel Therrien for his reaction to reporters. I must say that Michel meets the media minutes after the conclusion of the game and he was still angry about the outcome.
I appreciate it when the coaches deliver their minds in an interview provided you do not overdo it. In this regard, Ken Hitchcock (Blues) did something similar recently when he criticized his team’s performance after a bad game.
To return to the issue of White, I still believe that it has the resources to learn from his mistakes. In fact, it is not able to adapt, it’s just that he is not smart enough.
After all, look at Canadian robust greatly missed last season and he had to add this ingredient. It remains to be determined use to avoid losing valuable points.
It is normal that supporters and journalists return this error on many of White, but do not crucify him in the public square. I want to clarify this because the Canadian just completed his first 10 games segment and there are a multitude of positive elements that need attention.
In this vein, here is a brief overview of this first part of the Canadiens schedule.
After 10 games, the Canadians has a record of 6-3-1 for 13 points harvest which earned him sixth in the Eastern Conference which is very encouraging.
Among my surprise and my favorite hat, I must immediately acknowledge the work of Andrei Markov. His comeback has raised the performance of Canadian and he is the cornerstone of success on the powerplay. We can only rejoice in his contribution so far.
Of course, I must also praise the work of young Alex Galchenyuk and Brendan Gallagher did not finish to impress us.
This might seem surprising, but I’m even mentioning Lars Eller in the positive aspects because it reacts very well since it was left out. It’s nice to see an athlete respond in kind and it shows his character.
Eller put on some nice assets to establish himself in the NHL and he managed game pieces interesting recent parties.
I also welcome the return of PK Subban remains a special case. His talent is undeniable, and it provides useful ammunition to Michel Therrien and his team.
I was about to forget Rene Bourque, but his work deserves to be highlighted and allows the Habs to deploy a trio more threatening.
All these are positive we see that the Canadian has more depth than under the command of Jacques Martin last year.
Regarding the disappointments, I have no choice but to begin by Erik Cole. It is not yet catastrophic in his case because the season is still young, but it is clear that he must regain his composure.
The first line can not run at the same pace without greater involvement of the veteran.
My two disappointments prove Travis Moen and Colby Armstrong that do not contribute enough. It will be up to them to prove their worth soon because they were rather discreet this season.
Canadian cash just two consecutive losses that should have been wins to his record. It’s not dramatic, but it proves that the Montreal may improve some aspects.
In fact, I will focus mainly one and it is the discipline. You will quickly understand my argument as punishment for stupid white, but it is not everything. Have you noticed that the Canadian team that was the third sentenced to more minor penalties this season. The Flyers lead the class to the Stars.
In addition, the CH is third in penalty minutes per game behind the Avalanche and Flyers.
It is easy to understand that the Canadian could improve its performance by correcting this gap without eliminating too much strength to his game
