Habs Face Sabres

Rivals of the North-East cross swords for the first five duels during the traditional weekend of the Super Bowl at the Bell Centre this afternoon. This meeting will be broadcast on RDS, from 14h. Pre-match will be provided by Hockey 360 from 13.30.

Will PK Subban be in the Canadiens uniform face the Buffalo Sabres? Michel Therrien announced his decision this morning, but all indications are that fans can see the young defender to work when he was paired with Francis Bouillon Friday.

He also patrolled the second wave of the powerplay with Bouillon. If Subban is inserted into the training, Yannick Weber and Tomas Kaberle would be left out.

Ryan White is the formation of Habs despite two costly penalties he écopées in the last game. The Sens had scored two goals on a power play four minutes.

Max Pacioretty is still absent, who underwent an appendectomy last Saturday. The Sabres will be without defender Robyn Regehr attackers Patick Kaleta and Cody McCormick and Ville Leino.
